Andy has more than 21 years of experience as a professional and executive in the real estate and wireless infrastructure industries. Prior to being appointed EVP of Operations at APWireless, Andy fulfilled the role of Managing Director at WIP. Andy also co-founded and owned Vertical Capital Group, which originated investments in telecommunications infrastructure assets on behalf of RFS Capital. Andy entered the telecom industry by working on behalf of major carriers in the United States as a consultant for a leading telecommunications firm. With his background in real estate, mortgages and commercial leasing, Andy pioneered innovative acquisition strategies across the telecommunications industry. Andy has also served on the board of directors for San Diego’s Gaslamp City Square. He earned his BA in Finance and Business Administration from San Diego State University.
Dan has more than 19 years of experience as an executive in the real estate and wireless infrastructure industries and has been involved in over $1 billion worth of transactions. Prior to being appointed President at APWireless, Dan fulfilled the role of Managing Director at Wireless Infrastructure Partners, LLC. Dan also co-founded and owned Vertical Capital Group, which originated investments in telecommunications infrastructure assets on behalf of RFS Capital, LLC. Dan entered the telecommunications finance industry by opening and operating an office for a leading telecom lease acquisitions firm. As a lifelong entrepreneur, Dan has been involved with many start-ups, including real estate, lending, acquisitions and investment companies. At an early age, Dan founded U.S. Home and Loan, Inc., which became a top producing subsidiary of the 2nd largest mortgage brokerage firm in the United States. Dan attended Minnesota State University and San Diego State University.
Chris has more than eight years of experience as an IT professional. Before being appointed VP of Technology, Chris fulfilled the role of Director of Information Systems at APWireless. In his role as VP of Technology, Chris is responsible for the global IT and IS infrastructure. Next to that he supports the E-Marketing initiatives for APWireless. Prior to his arrival in 2011, Chris worked at Royal Dutch Shell where he specialized in Supply Chain Management. He earned his B.S. in Computer Science and holds a M.S. in Information Science from the University of Twente.
